    Colour reproduction of fabric/leather swatches online may vary on different monitors.   • Can I order a different modular configuration that's not shown online?

    Absolutely. All King Living modular sofas are designed to provide you with ultimate flexibility. Each modular sofa design is made up of individual components that can be added, removed or changed to create the perfect sofa to fit your home. You can create your unique modular configuration at a King Living Showroom with our King Living Space Planning App. We have trained consultants that can assist you in designing your dream sofa configuration, all you need to do is bring your floorplan with you.

  • Does King Living offer an Interior Design Service?
    All King Living Consultants are experts in furniture design and can assist you in choosing the right pieces for your home. If you’re unsure about the style, size, colour or where to start, a King Living Consultant can help you create a home that reflects your personal style. Whether you’re furnishing a room or your entire home, our professionally trained Consultants can work closely with you throughout the entire process to bring your vision to life.
  • Can I order spare parts?

    28.1 King Living offers a range of spare parts and associated repair services which may be available for purchase by you after the Product is supplied to you. Our ability to supply spare parts is not guaranteed and in all cases will depend on the availability of such parts and suitably qualified service technicians.

    28.2 Spare parts and associated repair services may also (in our discretion) be available for purchase by the owner of a King Living Product who did not purchase that Product directly from King Living.

    King Living sources the highest quality leathers to ensure your furniture looks beautiful, is exceptionally durable and luxuriously comfortable. Leather is a natural product, and as a result has a protective coating that will resist most soiling and spills. However, it still needs to be cared for using suitable products and a gentle touch.   • Can the covers of my King Living sofa be changed?

    Yes, King Living fabric and leather covers are individually tailored and can be completely removed or professionally replaced. No staples or glues are used. Change from fabric to leather, a new seasonal look or perhaps just for a general refresh. To arrange to have your covers replaced, contact the King-Care® Service Team on 0800-546422.

  • Can my sofa covers be changed?

    Yes, the covers are individually tailored and can be completely removed or professionally replaced. Change from fabric to leather, a new seasonal look or perhaps just for a general refresh.   • How do I care for timber?

    King Living recommends placing timber furniture away from direct sunlight to avoid warping and discolouration. Regular cleaning and dusting will help to keep the surface in top condition.     Safety comes first. King Living highly recommends you take the appropriate actions to secure your furniture to prevent it from toppling. Toppling furniture can cause serious injury.     King Living doesn’t take shortcuts and our cushions are no different. King Living use only the latest technology, high resilience CFC-free foams that will outlast and outperform conventional cushioning. We also use a soft feather blend in special applications for added comfort and a welcoming, casual look and feel. Depending on the design, King Living cushioning features KingCell® Pocket Springs, multi layered High Resilience foams and soft feather blend overlays.   • What's inside King Living sofa seats?

    King Living uses a remarkable seating system in all designs. This is the Postureflex® Seating System with seat suspension that supports the body perfectly and maintains the true lines of the furniture. This is the same system used in luxury European cars.   • How long until I receive my King Living furniture delivery?

    King Living sofas are made to your specifications and delivery time is between 7-9 weeks for Metro areas. Please note this delivery timeframe may vary due to high demand, occasionally resulting in delayed shipment. Delivery to regional areas may take longer.

    Please contact despatch@kingliving.co.nz for further information. You will be advised of an approximate date of arrival at the time your order is placed. Should a delay occur, you will be contacted.

  • Does King Living deliver to my area?

    King Living delivers to any area in Australia and worldwide. Contact your nearest King Living Showroom or contact us at export@kingliving.com.au for international deliveries. Click here to read more about King Living deliveries.

  • Access to my home may be difficult - What should I do?

    Please advise your Sales Consultant of any access issues at your property. Do you live in an apartment building, have a lift or have tight doorways? For a small fee we can arrange an access check before your order is confirmed to ensure the furniture you have chosen can be delivered and installed in your home without any problems. Difficult deliveries may incur a higher delivery charge. Please contact the Despatch Department on 0800-546422 or via email despatch@kingliving.co.nz.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes, you can collect your items from our warehouse locations. Please note that our warehouse locations are not at Showroom locations. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. We require 24hrs notice to prepare your order for collection and orders must be paid for in full prior to collection. Contact the Despatch Department on 0800-546422 or via email despatch@kingliving.co.nz for more information.

    For warehouse collections, you are solely responsible (and therefore you accept the entire risk) for moving the Products from the warehouse pick-up point and loading into your vehicle. We recommend that you should organise sufficient resources for this process. If you request assistance from our warehouse staff and if they elect to assist you (which they are not required to do, for health and safety reasons), King Living will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred because the entire risk has already been transferred to you.

    Warehouse collection is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.

  • Does King Living deliver internationally?

    King Living can arrange international shipping. For further enquiries, please locate and contact your nearest King Living showroom here.

  • Can King Living drivers move my existing furniture?

    The King Living delivery team cannot move or remove your existing furniture. Please ensure you clear the room where your new King Living furniture will be positioned prior to delivery.

  • How will I be notified prior to delivery?

    You will be contacted a few days before your delivery by SMS or phone call to confirm delivery details and given an approximate delivery time. If you have any questions, please contact the Despatch Department on 0800-546422.

  • What if I need to delay my delivery date?

    This can be organised by contacting a King Living Showroom or the Despatch Department on 0800-546422 or via email despatch@kingliving.co.nz. You may be liable for payment of storage fees for products that cannot be delivered on the estimated delivery date. If you do not accept delivery by the estimated delivery date, King Living will charge $300 per week in storage fees for every week (calculated on a pro rata daily basis) that products cannot be delivered, unless due to the fault of King Living. If by 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date you do not accept delivery, King Living may, at its discretion, rescind the contract for sale by notice to you and treat your failure to accept delivery on the above terms as a cancellation of the original order. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

  • Can I pay my balance on delivery?

    King Living deliveries are made by outside contractors who cannot process payments. For this reason, we ask that you pay for your furniture in full prior to delivery. This can be organised by contacting a King Living Showroom or the Despatch Department on 0800-546422.

  • I'm expecting my furniture delivery very soon - is there anything I need to do?
    Once your King Living furniture delivery is scheduled, its time to start preparing your home for delivery. To help us ensure your delivery is as smooth as possible, please make sure the room where the furniture will be placed is clear and easily accessible for our delivery team. Remove any artwork or obstacles that are in your hallway. If you have selected Deluxe Delivery, please ensure there is space for our team to prepare and assemble your furniture and you have your preferred layout/configuration ready for a swift delivery.
  • Can I defer my delivery?

    11.1  You can defer delivery and we will store your order at no extra cost for up to two weeks beyond the previously advised Delivery Date (‘Free Storage’) provided that:

    (a) your order is ready in full in our warehouse; and

    (b) you must request the Free Storage option by notifying us at least 7 days prior before the Delivery Date.

    Your order will be stored by us until the next Delivery Date (which must be within two weeks). This deferral and Free Storage option is available once only, with respect to an order.

    11.2  As an alternative to the Free Storage option offered in clause 11.1, you can request deferred delivery and pay for up to 4 weeks of additional storage in our warehouse (‘Extended Storage’). You must request the Extended Storage option by notifying us at least 7 days before the Delivery Date. A fee quotation will be provided to you (based upon total volume off storage space occupied by your order) so that you can decide whether to accept the Extended Storage Option. Your order will be stored by us at your cost, until the next Delivery Date (which must be within four weeks). This deferral and paid Extended Storage option is available once only, with respect to an order.

    11.3  After either one of the storage options in clauses 11.1 or 11.2 is exhausted, delivery must be received. Delivery may be either Express Delivery or Deluxe Delivery. You may also elect Express Delivery with the option of deferred assembly. Contact King Living despatch team on 1300 005 464 to arrange a time for the Products to be assembled.

  • How can I make payments on my King Living order?

    Payments for King Living orders can be made in any King Living Showroom. All account balances must be paid in full prior to delivery as King Living deliveries are made by outside contractors who cannot process payments on the day of delivery. This can be organised by contacting a King Living Showroom or the Despatch Department on 0800-546422.

  • What deposit is required for an order?
    A minimum 25% deposit of the total purchase price is required to proceed with your order. For all 'clearance' orders, we require payment in full (100%) at time of purchase.
  • What types of payment methods does King Living accept?
    At any King Living Showrooms, we accept cash, American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Cheques are accepted for deposits, however no personal cheques are accepted for final balance payments. Electronic funds transfers (EFT) are accepted. To allow time for bank processing, all EFT payments must be made 3 days prior to delivery day. The King Living website accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All orders must be paid for in full prior to furniture delivery.
