The New King in Bondi Junction
King Living has been at the forefront of Australian furniture design for more than four decades, and now they continue to expand the brand with the opening of their 19th showroom next week in the iconic suburb of Bondi. A show stopping billboard, the new store is located at the Bondi end of Oxford street, wrapping around Syd Einfeld Drive, harnessing the ultimate curb appeal.
The new Bondi Junction showroom houses King’s award-winning sofa designs alongside their exceptional dining ranges, luxurious bed ranges, and outdoor collections that the lifestyle brand is renowned for.
Spanning across two levels the 440sqm space reflects exactly what Australian’s are looking for in their homes; warm, relaxed and contemporary furniture.
Internationally recognised design practice, Russell & George were enlisted to design the new showroom.
“We wanted to fuse the authentic lifestyle spaces in the showroom with the brand’s Australian heritage. Creating a warming and inviting space, we drew inspiration from the barefoot luxury that’s synonymous with Bondi.”
Referencing the Australian aesthetic, the dynamic duo has focused on native Australian timber, cladding the walls and ceiling in spotted gum. A striking timber staircase acts as an anchor in the heart of the showroom.

The King Living Bondi Junction Showroom is located at 586 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction.
