Sunland Group x King Living: Shea Residences & Marina Concourse

Sunland Group, best known for the creation of landmarks such as Palazzo Versace and Q1 on the Gold Coast, has collaborated with King Living at its luxury development, Shea Residences, located in the peninsula suburb of St Lucia in Brisbane. Built alongside a magnificent sandstone pavilion, which will become the resident amenities building, its grand fence lines embrace 28 hilltop retreats.
Contemporary, open-plan style and sophisticated finishes create residences of enduring appeal, all defining traits of the Shea Residences. Exquisitely furnished by King Living, the development presents a refined environment of beauty and comfort.
From dining to occasional furniture, stylist Olivia Lockhart has styled a range of King Living pieces throughout the display homes. Soft neutral tones and understated colours allow residents to incorporate their own personal style.

Sliding doors open to a private courtyard, where the King Cove Package in contemporary Cabana Breeze with ceramic accessories is understated and elegant. Counterpoised by the exquisite architectural facades of travertine and copper, the King Cove seamlessly completes the outdoor look.

The stylish Eric TV Unit in Walnut with white drawer fronts as well as smart Canyon Coffee Tables in various sizes accentuate the clean, minimalist look. The Seymour Chair in supple TrueTouch leather is an elegantly understated addition.
Looking out to the marina, the sandstone tiled balcony area is graced by the ceramic King Cove. Contemporary design and modular flexibility make the King Cove a wonderful choice, with its coated alloy frames providing durability and its Postureflex® seating delivering long lasting comfort.
Marina Concourse is the final chapter of Sunland Group’s visionary master plan at Royal Pines in Benowa, and is scheduled for completion in mid-2018.
