The latest instalment takes us to the suburban, leafy area of Donvale in Melbourne, where a family of five is faced with the dilemma of renovating or selling up. Project Manager Anita and Psychologist Cameron live with their three children in the family home they bought in Donvale eight years ago. Whilst they have plenty of space in the home, the layout creates a barrier which stops the family from spending time together. The kitchen area is problematic with a large column interrupting the flow of the area. However, the idea of altering their home is problematic, as Anita cannot visualise the change, thinking it would be easier to move. Cameron however does not see anything on the market which is better than the home they already live in. Neale’s unenviable task involves re-zoning the home with a floor plan that will persuade Anita to stay. Andrew however has the task of finding a home in the same area of which Cameron approves.
